Global Graduate Programme is an 18-month, fast-track development journey to a management
position for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals, with the aim of raising
future leaders of BAT in different functions. Let’s dive into real-world challenges, handling
impactful projects and exceptional assignments from day one. You will develop outstanding
commercial skills – a full understanding of the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and
how the BAT departments work together to achieve outstanding business results.

– Medical Insurance (1 employees + 2 family members)
– Annual leaves (17 paid leaves per year)

+ Working hour: Mon-Fri, 9AM-5.30PM
