Ngày 27/07/2026, tại cơ sở Thủ Đức của Trường Đại học Quốc tế (ĐHQG-HCM), nghiên cứu sinh Mai Tấn Bình đã bảo vệ thành công luận án Tiến sĩ cấp cơ sở đào tạo, chuyên ngành Quản lý Công.
Với đề tài luận án: “Chính sách Chính Phủ, Chiến lược kinh doanh số, Năng lực công nghệ thông tin và hiệu quả của doanh nghiệp: Nghiên cứu về các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ Việt Nam trong bối cảnh hậu Covid”, cùng sự hướng dẫn tận tình của GS.TS. Zafar Uddin Ahmed, anh Tấn Bình đã trình bày phương pháp và kết quả nghiên cứu trước Hội đồng một cách đầy đủ, chi tiết và khoa học.

On July 27, 2026, at the Thu Duc campus of International University (VNU-HCM), PhD candidate Mai Tan Binh successfully defended his Doctoral Dissertation at the Institutional Level, majoring in Public Management.
With the dissertation topic: “Government Policy, Digital Business Strategy, Information Technology Capability, and Firm Performance: A Study of Vietnamese Small and Medium Enterprises in the Post-COVID Context”, under the dedicated guidance of Prof. Dr. Zafar Uddin Ahmed, PhD candidate Tan Binh presented his methodologies and research results to the Dissertation Council in a comprehensive, detailed, and scientific manner.
